Y16 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the y16 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the y16 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Application
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y16 platform available on this website, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms apply to all users of the y16 platform, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with our services via web browser, mobile app, or any other interface provided by y16. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and y16 as the platform operator.

2. Account Creation & User Security
Registration Requirements
To register an account with y16, you must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum legal age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and y16 reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered by a minor.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date whenever changes occur.
- Y16 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Account Security & Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. y16 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify y16 customer support immediately. You are also advised to:
- Never sharing your password with any other party.
- Using a strong and unique password for your y16 account.
- Log out of your account after every session on a shared device.
- Ensuring that any device used to access your account is adequately secured.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All y16 users are required to use the platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. Users agree not to engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform, the safety of other users, or the overall operation of y16's systems.
The following are strictly prohibited on the y16 platform:
- Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation.
- Transferring, selling, or assigning your account to a third party.
- Using a false identity or misleading information during registration.
- Using an account that has been suspended or closed by y16.
- Any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity conducted through the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to disrupt, hack, or compromise the security of y16's systems.
- Misuse of promotions or bonuses through unauthorised means.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the y16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered under the same name as their y16 account.
Y16 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change. Users are advised to check the current limits in their account settings.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits may only be made using payment methods approved by y16.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred directly to another user.
- Y16 reserves the right to withhold or review any suspicious deposits.

- Loss of data or account information due to user negligence.

Account Suspension & Closure
Y16 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Fraud, illegal activity, or conduct that is harmful to the platform.
- Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents.
- Requests from legal or regulatory authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period with no activity.
If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, y16 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances in that account, including any unused bonus balances and credits.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software code, and other materials on the y16 platform are the exclusive property of y16 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from y16.

The y16 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. y16 does not control, take responsibility for, or make any guarantees regarding the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Any interaction with third-party sites is entirely at your own risk, and y16 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interactions.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Y16 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
